Entering The Mentoring Space
Mentoring within Awakening Within offers a quiet space for reflection, guidance, and integration.
It supports individuals who sense that something within their life or awareness is shifting and who wish to meet that process with steadiness rather than urgency.
Mentoring is not positioned as therapy, coaching, or problem-solving. It is a reflective space in which experience can be explored with honesty, discernment, and responsibility.
Sessions support the gradual integration of insight into lived daily life.
The Structure
Mentoring is offered as 1:1 guidance sessions on-line and in-person.
Sessions provide a calm space for reflection and may include:
• dialogue and discernment
• embodied awareness practices
• breath awareness
• reflective inquiry
• integration of awakening experiences
Each session lasts 60 minutes.
Following each session, an integration reflection is shared. This offers a simple reflection on themes that arose, along with light guidance where appropriate, supporting the continuation of the work beyond the session itself. There is no expectation to act on this, instead rather to allow space for what has been seen to settle and integrate over time.
Some participants also choose to explore embodied practice through one-to-one yoga or somatic sessions. While mentoring centres primarily on reflection and integration, practice-based sessions focus on movement, breath, and awareness through the body.
How The Work Unfolds Across The Five Layers
Mentoring supports awareness across the five layers of being:
Physical
Emotional
Mental
Intellectual
Cosmic awareness
Rather than focusing on techniques or instruction, mentoring encourages the recognition of how experience unfolds across these layers in daily life.
Sessions offer space to observe, question, and integrate what is already present.
Mentoring May Support

Mentoring is not suitable for crisis support, therapy, or trauma processing.

This short conversation ensures:
• the space is appropriate for your current process
• expectations are clear on both sides
• the mentoring relationship begins with clarity
Sessions are booked individually following the alignment conversation.

1:1 Mentoring Session — 60 minutes
€120 per session
Sessions may take place:
• online
• in person
Session packages are available for those continuing the work through a small number of sessions over time.
This is not structured as a programme, but simply allows space for the work to unfold with continuity rather than as isolated conversations.
Where this feels appropriate, this can be discussed following an initial session.
All mentoring fees are inclusive of IVA.

You do not need to achieve or to perform, only clarity and commitment to yourself within this space.
The intention is to create a space in which clarity can emerge through reflection, presence, and lived experience.
Over time, what once felt uncertain often becomes easier to recognise and live with greater steadiness.
